Using implant fixture as an anchorage unit in order to protract upper right segment. A simple seahorses shape bending of 19*25 stainless steel wire used to stabilize upper left segment with implant fixture. Special thanks to dear friend @dr.vahid_khoshkam_dds_ms for a perfect fixture implantation.
