کیس کلاس ۲ همراه با جلوزدگی دندانی (Bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion ) در مراحل پایانی درمان. دندانهای پرمولر دوم بالا و پایین جهت دیستالیزه کردن فک بالا و اصلاح جلوزدگی و شیب دندانهای قدامی کشیده شدند و در فک پایین فضای کشیدن دندان با استفاده از تکنیک لوپ مکانیک جهت کسب انکوریج متوسط  بسته شدند ولی در فک بالا فضای کشیدن دندان با استفاده از اسکرو IZS جهت کسب ماکسیمم انکوریج بسته شدند.

Treatment of Class 2 case with bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion is still in progress. Upper and lower 2nd bicuspids been extracted in order to distalize upper arch and correct the proclined upper and lower front teeth. In lower arch spaces been closed using conventional loop mechanics to achieve moderate anchorage space closure but in upper arch IZS been used in order to achieve maximum anchorage space closure.
