بیماری با سابقه درمان ارتودنسی ناموفق و کشیدن یکطرفه دندان پرمولر اول سمت راست که باعث ایجاد انحراف در آرچ فک بالا شده بود با شکایت انحراف فک بالا جهت درمان مجدد ارتودنسی مراجعه کردند.درمام مجدد ارتودنسی با کشیدن دندان عقل بالا در سمت چپ و دیستالیزیشن یکطرفه فک بالا با استفاده از اسکرو یکطرفه در ناحیه زایگوما در مدت ۲۱ ماه برای ایشان انجام شد.

Patient with history of unsuccessful orthodontic treatment with upper arch deviation due to Upper right premolar extraction came to my office with chief complain of upper arch deviation. Orthodontic re-treatment done for her by unilateral distalization of upper arch using unilateral infra-zygomatic screw after extraction of upper left 3rd molar in order to treat upper arch deviation within 21 months.
