ارتودنسی قبل از جراحی فک:
فک بالا : توتال آرچ دیستالیزیشن با استفاده از Tad system که شامل اسکرو به سایز 2×14 + دیستال جیگ و فنر NiTi Heavy میباشد. دیستال جیگ صرفا جهت دیستالیزه کردن دندان مولر و فنر NiTi متصل شده به هوک جهت دیستالیزیشن مابقی دنتیشن فک بالا میباشد که باعث تسریع دیستالیزیشن فک بالا میشود.
فک پایین : بعد از Alignment & Leveling اولیه دندانها، از سیم TMA سایز 17×25 با فرم دهی Reversed Curve جهت اصلاح Curve of Spee و اصلاح زاویه دندانهای قدامی استفاده شده است.

Presurgical orthodontic treatment:
Upper arch : Total arch distalization using Tad system which is consisted of 2×14 infrazygomatic screws + distal jig and heavy NiTi closed coil spring. Distal jig is using particularly to distalize upper molars only and the NiTi spring attached to the archwire hooks is to distalize the rest of dentition. This combination would fasten the distalization process.
Lower arch : Using Reversed curve TMA 17×25 wire after initial leveling and alignment in order to level curve of spee and front teeth inclination.
