استفاده از  (TAD system) اسکرو داخل کامی و سیم استیل ضخیم اختصاصی ساخته شده جهت ایجاد انکوریج غیر مستقیم در پرترکشن دندانهای خلفی در کیس با غیبت دندانهای لترال. دندانهای نیش جایگزین دندانهای غایب لترال خواهند شد.

Using Tad system consist of palatal screw and customized heavy SS wire in order to provide indirect anchorage for protraction of upper posterior segment in case with missing upper laterals. Upper canines will be substituted for missing laterals.
