بکارگیری تکنیک MEAW جهت اصلاح کنت اکلوزال و انحراف فک پایین در کیس کلاس ۳ و باز کردن فضای لازم جهت ایمپلنت دندانهای لترال فک بالا. به جهت نیروی کش های بین فکی و تغییرات اعمال شده بر روی هر کدام از لوپ ها و نقش هر لوپ در مکانیک MEAW دقت کنید.

مرحله درمان در تکنیک MEAW: مرحله ۴( بازسازی مجدد پلن اکلوزال بعد از اصلاح کنت اکلوزال (
لوپ دندان ۶ و ۷:step down+ tip back جهت از بین بردن تماس با فک مقابل و تسریع در شیفت فکی
لوپ دندان ۴ و ۵: step up جهت ایجاد اهرم در مرکز چرخش فک پایین
لوپ دندانهای قدامی: step down جهت اعمال نیرو توسط الاستیک در قدام و زیر مرکز چرخش فک

Using MEAW technique in order to treat occlusal cant and lower arch deviation in class 3 case and simultaneously opening up needed space for upper laterals prosthetic implants. Attend to the elastics force vector, adjustments been done on each boot loop in lower arch and the role of each boot loop in MEAW biomechanics

Tooth No 6 & 7: step down + tip back to remove occlusal contact with opposing arch and fascilitating lower arch shifting
Tooth No 4 & 5: step up in order to create fulcrum at the center of rotation of lower arch
Front teeth: step down in order to locate the applying force from elastic mesial and below center of rotation of lower arch.
