بکارگیری تکنیک MEAW جهت درمان در کیس همراه با لترال اپن بایت و کنت اکلوزال در هر دو فک. این نوع ناهنجاری (انحراف و کمبود رشد در بعد عمودی) یکی از پر چالش ترین درمان ها در ارتودنسی میباشد زیرا جهت درمان احتیاج به اعمال نیروی عمودی کنترل شده و متفاوت در هر دو سمت و همچنین نیروی متفاوت به هر فک در هر سمت میباشد تا بتوان به طور همزمان لترال اپن بایت و اکلوزال کنت درمان شوند. با استفاده از تکنیک MEAW بکارگیری چنین بیومکانیکی را در کمترین زمان ممکن میسر میکند.

Using MEAW technique in order to treat a case with lateral openbite and occlusal cant in both arches. This type of malocclusion is one of the most challenging cases to treat because a controlled and differential vertical force should be applied on both sides and also opposing arches on the same side so that the occlusal cant and lateral openbite could be treated simultaneously. Using MEAW technique provides this type of biomechanics in the shortest period of time.
