Intrusion of upper 2nd molar with hanging lingual cusp
In this case i decided to insert mini screw between 1st molar and 2nd premolar roots because of insufficient available bone between 1st and 2nd molars and also distal curvature of 1st molar roots which made it high risk in regards to roots contact with mini screw. Likewise customized chairside made spring with long enough power arm used to neutralize mesial vector of intrusive force during intrusion.
